Cancellation Policy

Coaching is a partnership to support your growth and help you move towards achieving your goals. Coaches cannot guarantee results because client outcomes are dependent on client follow through and consistency both within the coaching sessions and primarily between sessions (and beyond). As our client, you'll schedule all coaching sessions, and we'll start and end each 45-minute session on time to avoid negatively impacting other clients. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule sessions. While we understand that things may come up and will do our best to accommodate you, we allow only one courtesy exception for each client and reserve the right to deduct late cancellations from your remaining sessions. All 1:1 coaching programs are valid for a maximum of 18 months from the date of initial payment, after which time unused sessions will no longer be honored. If you’d like to cancel your program for any unused sessions for any reason within the 18-month window, please send a detailed email to support@vocalefem.com. We'll review each request on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. On rare occasions we may determine that the coaching partnership isn’t a fit. If that happens, we'll refund the value of any unused sessions minus processing fees and, when possible, offer an introduction to another coach. Our policies are designed to ensure mutual respect and to help you get the most from your program. We're here to support you and answer your questions.
